exellent location and service
free minibar modern gym luggage storage
room provide a free minibar. it include soft drinks and snacks. gym has treadmills and elliptical machines. staff offer assistance with luggage storage. this help with a late departure.
the elevators see a little slow during peak hours. this cause slight delays.

Excellent amenities and perfect service
filtered water harbor views
The filtered water dispenser in each room eliminated the need for plastic bottles. This is a commendable green initiative. I found the rain shower to be particularly good, and the in-room dining menu offered various asian cuisines, with the laksa meeting my expectations as someone from singapore. The hotel provided connecting rooms with great harbor views for my wife, my mother, and myself. It was a nice gesture. Winnie hu, a member of the housekeeping staff, noticed my mother's mobility issues and offered her a shower chair and a door stop.
Upon entering the hotel, i noticed a distinctive smell reminiscent of chinese medicine. It was somewhat unusual.

The staff showed attentiveness, particularly with the housekeeping team member who offered mobility assistance to my mother, ensuring she had a comfortable stay with the provided shower chair and door stop.

individual water filters high-quality toiletries convenient outlets
the hotel provides individual water filters in each room for drinking this reduces plastic waste i also appreciated the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom they had a pleasing scent the room design included thoughtfully placed outlets and lights making it very convenient.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in a corner of the hallway it was minor but noticeable.

great training integrated interns strange smell long serving
the room was amazing i liked the way they trained students from polytech university. they seemed very integrated and i barely noticed a difference between the interns and the trained staff. it was really something i took notice of.
the hotel do has a strange smell like chinese medicine when you enter. it took quite some time to serve when i was at the ground restaurant.

slow service limited menu
i asked for extra towels and waited nearly an hour for them, though. the room service menu could use an overhaul. it's pretty much the same options everywhere, i guess.

A Decent Stay
drinking water system breakfast choice pool closure stuck closet
The room design included a drinking water system, a feature I consider thoughtful. Breakfast offered many choices (especially different breads).
The pool was closed, and I was not informed of this before arrival. The closet door got stuck, and housekeeping sent sewing kits instead of help.
